Our Stationery and How it Works 


We aim to make your experience with us, as easy and stress free as possible.

To help with this, here is a handy guide to briefly explain how our different order processes work.

Digital  (DIY print yourself)

 Our pre-made designs can be purchased as digital files for those who want to arrange printing themselves.

STEP 1: Find a design you like

STEP 2: Purchase the items you want through our shop

STEP 3: You will then receive an email asking you to confirm the information you would like personalised on each item you have purchased

STEP 4: Once we receive this information, within the next 3-5 working days we will send you a personalised proof.

STEP 5: Check all the information is correct, let us know if you need any amendments or are happy with the design.

STEP 6: Once you are happy with the proof  we will send you your final print-ready files.

STEP 7: Print yourself!


As standard the final files will be provided as High-Res PDFs but if you would prefer a different format please let us know. 

We are not responsible for any printing errors, however if you do encounter any issues or have any questions about printing, please contact us and we will be happy

to help. 





If you are looking for us to print the items for you, please contacts us directly for a full quote before purchasing through our shop,

then simply follow these steps

STEP 1: Decide which design you want to purchase


STEP 2: Pay the deposit via our website.


STEP 3: We will email you asking you to confirm quantities & personalisation you would like on each piece you have purchased.


STEP 4: Within the next 3-5 days we will email you a digital proof of your order for you to double check all the information is correct before going to print. At this stage

  you will be able to make any amendments to the text you would like. 


STEP 5: Once you have approved the digital proof, we will get started printing your invitations! Please allow up to 14 working days for us to print  & send you your

              full order

This whole process could take up to a month from start to finish, so please contact us if you need your invitation sets quicker!





Like our style but can’t find a design that quite fits your wedding aesthetic?

We offer a completely bespoke service, where we can create a design that is especially for you!


Here’s how it works


STEP 1: Contact Us with your idea – Here’s a handy guide to what information we need to know when you contact us first You can download this form, fill it in and send               it to us along with your quote enquiry. We will then get back to you ASAP with any additional questions we may have about your idea.

  If you are based in Somerset we may even be able to arrange a face-to-face consultations to discuss your bespoke design idea if you would like. 


STEP 2:  Once we have all the information we need from you, we will send you a quote. Once you have approved the quote, we ask for a  non-refundable deposit to                    be paid to us via our website.

STEP 3: Once we receive your deposit, we will start creating your bespoke design. Within  7 working days of your deposit being paid we will send you a first proof of                   your designs. At this stage you can ask for any amendments you may have to the design & text.

STEP 4: Once we have finalised your design and approved the digital proof, we will get started printing your invitations! Please allow up to 14 working days for us to                   print & send you your full order
